HOW TO SHOP VIA LIVE SALES:

Some items are available for immediate claim on a first come, first serve basis. Whoever I see type “Claim + the price” first, wins the item! Some items are available for auction. We’ll start the bidding at a certain price and countdown from 20 seconds after I am done describing the item. The highest price I see at the end of the bidding, wins! Get your best bid in before someone in the chat types BID END to win! These sales are on a platform not built for selling. Please understand, I try my best to be as fair as possible but sometimes comments will get filtered and I have to go with what I see on my screen first.

Sometimes I do “Shop My Shelves” or “Shop My Antique Booth” sales! You can shop my inventory or my booth from the comfort of your own home! Please note: item prices do not include shipping. Shipping is an additional cost calculated at time of shipment.

Instagram Live Sale Policies

  • Communication is required! We are always willing to work with you on any special request or circumstance.

  • A claim is a commitment to purchase. Backing out of a claim can prohibit your ability to shop with Stellar Treasure in the future.

  • Shipping is not included with item pricing.

  • After sales, you will receive an Instagram message with order invoice and a request for payment & shipping info. Please be timely in responding to all messages.

  • Once you receive the payment request, please pay within 48 hours or communicate if you need more time.

  • We accept all forms of payment, but do prefer Venmo & Paypal. We do not use friends & family. We have business accounts on both platforms, so seller and customer are protected!

  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. A tracking number is provided once payment is collected for shipping.
